HOW DOES OUR SHIPPING WORK AND HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?

We hold our stock in Our USA warehouse and ship to our U.S customers directly from there. Our delivery times are between 3-5 business days within the U.S, and 5-10 business day for worldwide Shipping.

Once your package ships, you will receive an automated email with all the relevant tracking information, as well as instructions on how to track your order.

Please do not worry if your items do not arrive immediately because they’re most certainly on their way and you can always track them by visiting “Track Order” page or emailing our support who will do their best to answer within 24 hours.

Shipping is Free on all orders.

WHAT ARE YOUR PROCESSING TIMES?

We process orders between Monday and Friday within 1-3 business days, depending on the amount of orders we get. Please note that we don’t ship on weekends.

Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect and/or missing information, we may be required to contact you to update the delivery information, which may cause delays in delivering your order. Delays may also occur as a result of customs clearance if we ship internationally but our specified shipping times account for most of that.

Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time.

Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER? 

Yes. Cancellations are possible for up to 48 hours after your order confirmation.

Once 48 hours have passed, we will need to cancel the shipping first and then we can issue a refund.

We will process all refunds within 48 hours.

If you wish to cancel your order after your package has been shipped, you’ll need to wait until you receive it and then send it back to us for a refund.
